Features: in the process of condensation, the shape of the die is irregular due to insufficient internal compensation, and the surface of the die is rough.
What's more, the part require surface finish of electrophoresis coating, for this technology, there is a process of curing at high temperature of 170-200 degree. so for the Die Casting work of this part, the QC should pay attention to fracturing the part to look into the section to see if the density is good or not, whether there is mass of small porosity inside of the part, whether the particle of the section looks good etc. or because of thermal expansion, the porosity will expand to the outer surface, leading to big problems of bubbles, pits, pinholes, cause big scrap because of cosmetic defects.
This part has a requirement of assembling a M6*1 nylon locking nut. The nut is for locking the mating plastic part.
1, alloy pouring temperature is too high.
2, the casting structure wall thickness is uneven, produce hot knot.
3, too low pressure.
4, overflow tank capacity is not enough, overflow is too thin.
5, the pressure chamber fullness is too small, surplus material (cake) is too thin, the final feeding can not play a role.

1. According to the alloy smelting standard, the overheating time of alloy liquid is too long, and the pouring temperature is lowered.
2, improve the casting structure, eliminate metal accumulation parts, uniform wall thickness, slow transition.
3, appropriately increase the specific pressure.
4, increase the overflow tank capacity, thickening overflow mouth.
5, increase the pressure chamber fullness, adopt quantitative pouring.
6, appropriately improve the gating system to transfer the pressure well.
